This is a grounded, body-centred space for those seeking steadiness, reconnection, and support during times of stress, grief, pain, or transition.
My work is shaped by lived experience and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, with an emphasis on safety, consent, and nervous system awareness.
This space is a soft place to land, not a place to fix yourself. Here you will feel more at home in your body and in your life, without pressure to push or perform.

I offer private, in-person sessions, (virtual too), and self guided digital resources designed to support
embodiment, regulation, and sustainable self care.
In-person offerings include:

Breath & Posture Alignment Sessions, supporting breath mechanics, alignment, and ease of movement

Reiki Healing Sessions, offering gentle, hands-on support for rest, regulation, and emotional processing
All sessions are trauma aware, consent-led, and paced to meet you where you are. *Sessions do not have to be hands-on.
Digital offerings include:

Self-guided workbooks and resources focused on breath awareness, regulation, and embodied practices you can return to at your own pace.
Each offering is designed to support you in building a more trusting, regulated relationship with your body, both
inside and outside the session space.
